Further to the notification made by Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall or the Group) to the ASX on July 5[th] 2018, Charter Hall Group confirms that the sale of Commercial and Industrial Property Pty Ltd (CIP) to ESR Developments (Australia) Pty Ltd has settled today.
