Charter Hall (ASX:CHC) today announces the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) issue price for the half year ended 31 December 2014 is $4.5829 per security, based on the average of the daily volume weighted average market price of all stapled securities traded on the ASX over the 15 business days from 6 January 2015 to 27 January 2015 inclusive. The DRP issue price incorporates the 1% discount announced on 15 December 2014.
Charter Hall will raise approximately $19 million from the DRP, following a preliminary participation rate of 44.6%. The DRP securities will be issued on the distribution payment date, being on or about 27 February 2015.
