Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall or the Group) today announced it has completed the sale of its interest in the development site at 685 La Trobe Street, Docklands, Melbourne for $ 31.5 million (with CHC realising $15.75 million for its 50% share).
The sale price represents a premium to the book value at 30 June 2015 and the proceeds will now be invested to generate operating earnings generated from Property Investments.
