Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall or the Group) today announced the completion of its fully underwritten $140 million Institutional Placement.
Approximately 36.8 million new ordinary units will be issued to institutional investors at a fixed price of $3.80 per security, representing a discount of 3.6% to the closing price on 24 February 2014 of $3.94.
Securities to be issued under the placement will settle on Monday 3 March, with allotment of securities to occur on Tuesday 4 March 2014 from which time they will rank equally with existing Charter Hall securities.
