Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall) announces that the sale of Charter Hall Opportunity Fund No.5’s (CHOF5) 50% interest in the Little Bay Cove project, and all its shareholding in CHOF5 Little Bay Pty Limited, to Crystal Ingenious Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of TA Global Berhad) has been completed.
As announced to the market on 28 November 2013, the transaction is in line with the current book value and has no material impact for Charter Hall, which has a 15% interest in CHOF5.
