Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) – 30 June 2008 DRP Notices under Sections 708A(5)(e) and 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

On 29 August 2008 Charter Hall Limited (ACN 113 531 150) ( CHL ) and Charter Hall Funds Management Limited (ACN 082 991 786) ( CHFML ) as the responsible entity of Charter Hall Property Trust (ARSN 113 339 147) issued:

• 12,373,014 stapled securities issued to DRP participants under the terms of the CHC DRP (DRP securities).

• 20,086,332 stapled securities issued under the terms of the DRP Underwriting Agreement between Macquarie Capital Advisors Limited and CHC dated 30 May 2008 (DRP Underwriting Securities).

As provided under section 708A(5)(e) and section 1012DA(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (‘the Act’), CHL and CHFML give notice that:

• The DRP Underwriting Securities have been issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Act (that is, without a prospectus) or without a product disclosure statement being prepared under Part 7.9 of the Act;

• Each entity has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M and section of 674 of the Act as they apply to the entity; and

• As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information (as that term is defined in sections 708A(7) or 1012DA(7) of the Corporations Act).
