Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) announces the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer, Russell Proutt, who has accepted the role of CEO at GPT Group.
The Board thanks Russell for his 6 years of service and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Managing Director and Group CEO, David Harrison, said “we will initiate a process to recruit a replacement CFO and make an announcement when this has been completed. Mr Proutt’s employment contract has a 6-month notice period and standard non-compete and non-solicitation provisions.”
