Charter Hall Group (ASX: CHC) announces that Mr Philip Garling has retired as a Director of Charter Hall Group. Mr Garling joined the Board in February 2013. Mr Garling was the Chair of the Investment Committee as well as a member of the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee.
Charter Hall Group Chair, David Clarke, thanked Mr Garling for his valued contribution:
