Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (Charter Hall or the Charter Hall Group) the appointment of Mark Bryant as joint Company Secretary. Mark Bryant will be joint Company Secretary with Tracey Jordan, the CHC Group Company Secretary.
Mark Bryant holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons). Prior to joining Charter Hall in 2012, Mark spent over 7 years as an M&A and Securities lawyer at law firm King & Wood Mallesons.
Tracey Jordan is the person responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with the ASX.
