CHARTER HALL RETAIL REIT SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Charter Hall Retail Management Limited, manager of Charter Hall Retail REIT (ASX:CQR) (the ‘REIT’), today announced that Steven Sewell has resigned from Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the REIT.
Charter Hall will shortly undertake a formal recruitment process for the CEO role with Scott Dundas, Chief Investment Officer, taking on the Acting CEO role during this transition period.
Mr Dundas, who has been with the REIT for over 14 years, will lead a highly experienced team to continue to drive the ongoing strong performance of the REIT for the benefit of all unitholders.
