CHARTER HALL BOARD CHANGES

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (“Charter Hall” or the “Group”) today announces the unexpected retirement of Glenn Fraser (Non-Executive Director) from the Board of Charter Hall Group, effective immediately. Glenn also retires as Chairman of the Group Audit Risk and Compliance Committee.
"Mr Fraser has served with distinction on the Board and on several Committees since his appointment as a non-executive director in 2005" said Kerry Roxburgh, Chairman of the Board. "Glenn has made a positive contribution to the Group over many years and we will miss his constructive and balanced approach. We all express our appreciation to him and we wish him and his family well for the future", Mr. Roxburgh said.
Anne Brennan (Independent Non-Executive Director) has agreed to be acting Chair of the Board’s Audit Risk and Compliance Committee.
