Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the Group) announces that Natalie Allen has resigned as Joint Company Secretary and Group General Counsel effective immediately.

Carolyne Rodger was appointed Joint Company Secretary for the Group on 18 June 2012 and is now solely responsible for this role. A recruitment process has commenced for the Group General Counsel role.

Ms Rodger is the person responsible under Listing Rule 12.6 for communications with the ASX.
