APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COUNSEL AND JOINT COMPANY SECRETARY

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the Group) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Jordan as Group General Counsel and joint Company Secretary. Ms Jordan will be joint Company Secretary with Carolyne Rodger, Charter Hall’s existing Company Secretary.
Ms Jordan has more than 23 years’ experience in real estate and funds management, with extensive knowledge of real estate transactions, structuring, funds management, compliance and corporate governance. Prior to joining Charter Hall, Ms Jordan was National Manager, Unlisted Property Funds and Senior Legal Counsel at Stockland.
Ms Jordan is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW, and has been admitted to the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
