SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Charter Hall Group (ASX:CHC) (the ‘Group’) today announced that Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mr Jelte Bakker, will leave the Group with effect on 31 July 2011 to pursue other opportunities.

“Jelte has made a significant contribution to Charter Hall over the past four years and played a key role in the growth of the Group. The Board and management thank him for his contribution during this time and wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” said David Southon, Joint Managing Director of Charter Hall Group.

A formal recruitment process for the CFO position has now commenced and the Board and management will look to conclude this process over the coming months.
