Ortaklarımıza, 2021 yılı karından brüt 28.048.802,24 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 27,7778'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 27,778 Kr); net 25.243.922,02 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 25'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 25 Kr) tutarındaki Nakit Kar Payının 16 Mayıs 2022 tarihinde dağıtılması, S.P.K.' na göre kalan kardan 2.300.001,82 TL'nin İkinci Tertip Yasal Yedek Akçe ayrıldıktan sonra, 353.595.900,50 TL'nin Olağanüstü Yedek Akçe olarak ayrılması genel kurulca kabul edilmiştir.
