18.03.2020 tarihinde yapılan genel kurul toplantısında ortaklarımıza, 2019 yılı karından brüt 17.819.238,84 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 17,647'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 17,647 Kr); net 15.146.353,01 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 15'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 15 Kr) tutarındaki Nakit Kar Payının 28/04/2020 tarihinde dağıtılmasına karar verilmiş idi.

18.09.2020 tarih ve 31248 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanarak yürürlüğe giren 2948 sayılı Cumhurbaşkanlığı Kararı ile ve TTK Geçici 13. Maddesi birinci fıkrasında belirtilen net dönem karının yüzdeyirmibeşini aşan kısmınının 2. Taksit olarak ödenmesi zarureti doğduğu, bu nedenle ilgili Kanun maddesindeki "net dönem karı" bakımından, Yasal Karın %25'i oranında birinci taksit olarak brüt 13.921.770,44 TL. 28.04.2020 tarihinde ortaklarımıza dağıtılmış idi.

Yönetim Kurulumuzun 06.01.2021 tarihli kararıyla, kalan brüt 3.897.468,40 TL tutarındaki ikinci taksit nakit kar payı ödemesinin 11 Ocak 2021 tarihinde ortaklarımıza dağıtılmasına karar verilmiştir.
