18.03.2020 tarihinde yapılan genel kurul toplantısında ortaklarımıza, 2019 yılı karından brüt 17.819.238,84 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 17,647'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 17,647 Kr); net 15.146.353,01 TL (ödenmiş sermayenin % 15'i oranında, 1 TL nominal değerdeki 1 hisseye 15 Kr) tutarındaki Nakit Kar Payının 28/04/2020 tarihinde dağıtılmasına karar verilmiş idi.

20.04.2020 tarihli açıklamamızda;17.04.2020 tarih ve 31102 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanan 7244 sayılı kanunun 12. maddesi gereği yürürlüğe giren TTK Geçici 13. madde uyarınca kar payı ödememizin taksitler halinde yapılması zarureti doğduğu, bu sebeple ilgili Kanun maddesindeki "net dönem karı" bakımından, Yasal Karın %25'i oranında birinci taksit olarak 28.04.2020 tarihinde dağıtılacağı, kalan bakiye tutar dağıtım tarihi için, 30.09.2020 tarihinden sonraki bir tarih belirlenerek Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformunda ve web sitemizde gerekli duyurular yapılacağı bildirilmiş idi.

18 Eylül 2020 tarihli ve 31248 sayılı Resmi Gazetede yayınlanan Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı uyarınca 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu, Geçici Madde 13'te düzenlenen 2019 yılı net dönem kârının dağıtımı 30.09.2020 tarihinden itibaren 3 ay daha uzatıldığından kalan bakiye tutar dağıtım tarihi için, 31.12.2020 tarihinden sonra bir tarih belirlenerek Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformunda ve web sitemizde gerekli duyurular yapılacaktır.
