CELLULARLINE S.P.A.: NOTICE PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2023

Reggio Emilia, 12 September 2023 – Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or "Issuer") – listed on Euronext STAR Milan, market organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – announces that the Consolidated halfyear financial report as at 30 June 2023 of Cellularline Group, drafted pursuant the art. 154-ter, comma 2, d. lgs.58/1998, approved by the Board of the company on 6 September 2023, together with the attestations of the Manager responsible for preparing the financial information, as well as the Independent Auditors' Report, is now available to the public at the Corporate Registered Office, on the Company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com (Section Investors) and on the authorized storage mechanism ()
