Reggio Emilia, 29 marzo 2022 - Cellularline S.p.A. (di seguito "Cellularline" o "Società") rende noto che la Relazione finanziaria annuale, comprendente il Bilancio consolidato al 31 dicembre 2021, il progetto di Bilancio d'esercizio della Società al 31 dicembre 2021, la Relazione sulla gestione, le attestazioni di cui all'art. 154-bis, comma 5 del Decreto Legislativo 24 febbraio 1998, n. 58 ("TUF") nonché le Relazioni redatte dalla Società di Revisione e dal Collegio Sindacale, sono a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale, sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.cellularlinegroup.com (nella sezione Investors/Assemblea azionisti) e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Computershare S.p.A. all'indirizzo ..
Si segnala altresì che sono state messe a disposizione con le stesse modalità di cui sopra la Relazione sul governo societario e gli assetti proprietari ai sensi dell'art. 123-bis TUF e la Relazione sulla politica in materia di remunerazione e sui compensi corrisposti ai sensi dell'art. 123-ter TUF. I bilanci e i prospetti riepilogativi delle società controllate e collegate di Cellularline ai sensi dell'art. 2429, commi 3 e 4, del Codice Civile, nonché le situazioni contabili delle società controllate non appartenenti all'Unione Europea predisposte ai sensi dell'art. 15 del "Regolamento Mercati" Consob n. 20249/2017, saranno messi a disposizione del pubblico nei modi e nei termini previsti dalla normativa vigente.

SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 27 APRIL 2022 PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT AND ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING
Reggio Emilia, 29 March 2022 - Cellularline S.p.A. (hereinafter "Cellularline" or the "Company") announces that the Annual financial report, including the Consolidated financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2021, the draft Parent Financial statements as at and for the year ended 31 December 2021, the Directors' report and the attestations required by article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 24 February 1998 ("TUF"), as well as the Independent Auditors' Report and the Report of the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available to the public at the Company's registered office, on its website www.cellularlinegroup.com (in the Investors/Shareholders' meeting section) and on the authorised storage mechanism managed by Computershare S.p.A. at .
Additionally, the Corporate governance and ownership structure report required by article 123-bis of the TUF and the Report on the remuneration policy and fees paid required by article 123-ter of the TUF have also been made available as indicated above. The financial statements and the highlights of Cellularline's subsidiaries and associates pursuant to article 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Italian Civil Code, along with the accounting statements of its non-EU subsidiaries prepared in accordance with article 15 of Consob's "Markets Regulation" no. 20249/2017, will be made available to the public in accordance with the currently applicable legislation.
