( "Cellularline" or "Company"), following the press release of 11 March 2020, announces that the excerpt of the minutes of the Board of Directors of 11 March 2020 recorded by a notary public, related to the update of the bylaws of the Company to the new rules on balance between genders in corporate bodies, as well as the amended bylaws, are available on the website of the company, at the Company's registered office and on the storage mechanism ().
