NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT AND ADDITIONAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING DOCUMENTATION

Reggio Emilia, 31 March 2020 - Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or "Company") announces that the Annual Financial Report, containing the draft Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements as at 31 December 2019, the management report, the declaration drafted pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree 58/1998, as well as the Report of the Independent Auditing Firm and of the Board of Statutory Auditors, are available at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website www.cellularlinegroup.com (Investors/Shareholder Meeting section) as well as at the "storage" authorised storage mechanism of Computershare S.p.A. at the address .

In addition, it is highlighted that the Report on corporate governance and ownership structure was made available to the public with the same modalities indicated above. The Italian version of the documents was made available to the public on 30 March 2020.The financial statements and financial schemes of Cellularline's subsidiaries and associates pursuant to Article 2429, paragraphs 3 and 4, or the Italian Civil Code, will be made available to the public in the manner and within the terms provided for by applicable regulations in force.
