Reggio Emilia, 13 settembre 2019 – Si rende noto che la Relazione Finanziaria Semestrale consolidata al 30 giugno 2019 del Gruppo Cellularline, redatta ai sensi dell'art. 154-ter, comma 2, del Testo Unico della Finanza e corredata dalla Relazione della Società di Revisione, è a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale, Via Lambrakis 1/A, Reggio Emilia e sul meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato di "storage" di Computershare S.p.A. all'indirizzo . La relazione è altresì disponibile sul sito internet della Società all'indirizzo www.cellularlinegroup.com nella sezione Investor Relations.

NOTICE PUBLICATION OF THE CONSOLIDATED HALF-YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AT 30 JUNE 2019
Reggio Emilia, 13 September 2019 – It is hereby announced that the Half-Year Consolidated Financial report at 30 June 2019 of Cellularline Group, drafted pursuant the art. 154-ter, comma 2, of the Consolidated Law on Finance and together with the related report of the external auditor, is now available to the public at the Corporate Registered Office, Via Lambrakis 1/A, Reggio Emilia and on the authorised storage "storage" of Computershare S.p.A. (). The document is also available on the corporate web site www.cellularlinegroup.com, Investor Relations section.
This notice will be published September 14th, 2019 on newspapers "Il Sole 24 Ore" and "Corriere della Sera".
