Reggio Emilia, 17 ottobre 2022 – Si rende noto che in data 14 ottobre 2022 ha cessato di avere efficacia, in conformità alle previsioni ivi contenute, il Patto sottoscritto in data 7 ottobre 2022 da taluni azionisti di Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" o la "Società"), per effetto e a seguito dell'intervenuta comunicazione di mancato completamento dell'offerta pubblica di acquisto volontaria promossa da 4 SIDE S.r.l.
L'avviso sarà pubblicato sul quotidiano "Il Sole 24 Ore" del 18 ottobre 2022 e disponibile sul sito della Società all'indirizzo www.cellularlinegroup.com sezione Investor/OPA 4 SIDE S.r.l.

NOTICE OF SHAREHOLDERS' AGREEMENT TERMINATION CONCERNING CELLULARLINE S.p.A. SHARES
Reggio Emilia, 17 October 2022 – It should be noted that on 14 October 2022 the Agreement signed on 7 October 2022 by certain shareholders of Cellularline S.p.A. ceased to be effective, in accordance with the provisions contained therein ("Cellularline" or the "Company"), due to and following the communication of non-completion of the voluntary public tender offer promoted by 4 SIDE S.r.l.
The notice will be published in the newspaper "Il Sole 24 Ore" on October 18, 2022 and available on the Company's website at www.cellularlinegroup.com in the Investor / OPA section 4 SIDE S.r.l.
