MAURO BORGOGNO APPOINTED GROUP CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL REPORTS

Reggio Emilia, 12 January 2023 - Following the press release issued by Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or the "Company") on December 12, 2022, the Company announces the appointment, with effect as of today, of Mauro Borgogno as Group Chief Financial Officer and Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports and documents pursuant to article 154-bis of the Consolidated Finance Act, with the favourable opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, as he meets the requirements established in the Articles of Association for the position.

Based on the information available to the Company, Mauro Borgogno does not hold any ordinary shares of Cellularline S.p.A..

Mr. Borgogno, who graduated in Economics from the University of Turin in 1985, has gained significant experience in the administration, finance and controlling areas through a multi-year career that began in a leading audit firm and continued as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager staff functions and board member in multinational companies operating in some industrial sectors and in logistics services. In his distinguished career, Mr. Borgogno has also gained significant experience in turnaround and M&A activities.
