CELLULARLINE S.P.A.: RESIGNATION OF A NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Reggio Emilia, 7 February 2022 - Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or the "Company") hereby reports that Stefano Cerrato - non-executive director of the Company, formerly Chief Corporate & Financial Officer, Investor Relator and Financial Reporting Manager of Cellularline until November 2020 - has today tendered his resignation from office with effect today.
The resignation from the office of Director was tendered in view of the commitments deriving from the new professional experience started by Mr Cerrato (for more information, refer to the press releases published on 30 November 2020 and 23 December 2020).
The Chairman Antonio Luigi Tazartes and the Co-CEOs Christian Aleotti and Marco Cagnetta - also on behalf of the whole Board of Directors and Board of Auditors - have renewed their thanks to Mr Cerrato for his considerable professional contribution made to the Group's development over the last seven years, both as Manager and as Director.
The Company's Board of Directors will, upon completion of the selection process, co-opt a new Director at the first available meeting.
Today, the information available to the Company records Mr Cerrato as holding 15,000 ordinary shares in Cellularline. It is also specified that he has no right to receive indemnity or other benefits following cessation of office.
