CELLULARLINE S.p.A.: DAVIDE DANIELI APPOINTED NEW DIRECTOR

Reggio Emilia, 9 February 2022 - The Board of Directors of Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" or the "Company") announces that it has resolved, following the resignation from the office of Director of Mr Stefano Cerrato, notified on 7 February 2022, to co-opt Davide Danieli - currently Group Chief Corporate & Financial Officer, Investor Relator and manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports from 21 April - as an executive Director of the company. The appointment was made, on the proposal of the Appointments and Remuneration Committee, in compliance with the provisions of Article 2386 of the Italian Civil Code and the Articles of Association, and also in view of the unavailability to take office communicated by Piero Foglio as candidate in the list submitted by the Board of Directors.

A professional with significant skills in the fields of AFC, tax, M&A and HR, he has over 20 years of experience in roles of increasing responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Prima Industrie S.p.A. With effect from 21 April 2021 he will serve as Group Chief Corporate & Financial Officer, Investor Relator and manager responsible for preparing financial reports of Cellularline.

The Chairman Antonio Luigi Tazartes and the Co-CEOs Christian Aleotti and Marco Cagnetta - also on behalf of the Board of Directors - welcome Davide Danieli - a highly experienced professional of high standing - who has been working in Cellularline team for nine months now, bringing the experience and skills he gained during his career.

As of today's date, and to the Company's knowledge, Mr. Danieli does not hold any shares in Cellularline.
