DIMISSIONI DEL CHIEF CORPORATE E FINANCIAL OFFICER, INVESTOR RELATOR E DIRIGENTE PREPOSTO ALLA REDAZIONE DEI DOCUMENTI CONTABILI E SOCIETARI

Reggio Emilia, 30 novembre 2020 - Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" o "Società") rende noto che il dottor Stefano Cerrato, Chief Corporate e Financial Officer, Investor Relator e Dirigente Preposto alla redazione dei documenti contabili e societari, ha comunicato, in data odierna e con decorrenza dal 31 dicembre 2020, le proprie dimissioni per intraprendere una nuova esperienza professionale. Il dottor Stefano Cerrato continuerà comunque a mantenere la carica di Consigliere nel Consiglio di Amministrazione della Società.

In conformità a quanto richiesto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati di Borsa Italiana si informa che il dottor Stefano Cerrato detiene, sulla base delle informazioni a disposizione della Società, n. 15.000 azioni ordinarie di Cellularline; si precisa inoltre che non ha diritto ad indennità o altri benefici conseguenti alla cessazione delle cariche.

Il Presidente Antonio Luigi Tazartes e i Co-CEO Christian Aleotti e Marco Cagnetta - anche a nome dell'intero Consiglio di Amministrazione, del Collegio Sindacale e del management - ringraziano il dottor Cerrato per il significativo contributo professionale ed il supporto impresso al processo di internazionalizzazione e sviluppo del Gruppo in questi sei anni di cammino comune, culminati con la quotazione sul segmento STAR del Mercato Telematico Azionario di Borsa Italiana.

La Società informa che il successore - di pari elevato profilo - verrà reso noto al mercato nei termini di legge.

RESIGNATION OF THE CHIEF CORPORATE AND FINANCIAL OFFICER, INVESTOR RELATOR AND MANAGER RESPONSIBLE FOR PREPARING THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS

Reggio Emilia, 30 November 2020 - Cellularline S.p.A. ("Cellularline" o "Società") announces that Mr. Stefano Cerrato, Chief Corporate and Financial Officer, Investor Relator and Manager responsible for preparing the company's financial reports and documents, has communicated today and with effect from 31 December 2020 his resignation to pursue a new professional experience. However, Mr. Stefano Cerrato will continue to hold the position as a member of the Company's Board of Directors.

In accordance with the requirements of the Instructions to the Market Rules of the Italian Stock Exchange, please note that Mr. Stefano Cerrato holds, on the basis of the information available to the Company, no. 15,000 shares of Cellularline; it is also specified that he is not entitled to indemnity or other benefits resulting from the termination of his office.

The Chairman Antonio Luigi Tazartes, the Co-CEOs Christian Aleotti and Marco Cagnetta - also on behalf of the entire Board of Directors, the Board of Statutory Auditors and the management - wish to thank Mr. Cerrato for the significant professional contribution and the support given to internationalization and development process given to the Group in these six years of common journey, which culminated with the listing on the STAR segment of the Mercato Telematico Azionario of the Italian Stock Exchange.

The Company informs that the successor - with the same high profile - will be disclosed to the market within the terms of the law.
