("Cellularline" o "Società") – società quotata su Euronext STAR Milan, mercato organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. – rende noto che il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 28 aprile 2023 è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Computershare S.p.A. all'indirizzo ** e sul sito internet della Società (www.cellularlinegroup.com, sezione Investor Relations/Assemblea Azionisti).
