("Società") rende noto che il verbale dell'Assemblea ordinaria degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 24 aprile 2020 è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico presso la sede legale della Società, presso il meccanismo di stoccaggio autorizzato gestito da Computershare S.p.A. all'indirizzo ** e sul sito internet della Società (www.cellularlinegroup.com, sezione Investor Relations/Assemblea Azionisti).
