Subject: Change in publication date of the Company's periodic reports

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

In relation to Current Report no. 6/2021 of 25 January 2021 theManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw,Jagiellońska 74, hereby announces that it has decided to change the dateof publication of the Company's periodic reports for the 2020 financialyear and for the first quarter of 2021.

The separate annual report and the consolidated annual report,originally scheduled for publication on 30 March 2021, will be insteadbe published on 19 April 2021.

As concerns the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of2021, originally scheduled for publication on 25 May 2021, it willinstead be published on 27 May 2021.

The reported change in publication dates is a consequence on the hackingattack targeting the Company and the resulting transient difficulties inaccessing its internal resources. These difficulties involved, amongothers, the need to restore the aforementioned IT resources, conduct ananalysis of the causes and consequences of the attack, and introducesuitable changes in the operation of the Company's IT infrastructure.
