Subject: Adoption of CD PROJEKT Group strategy by the Management Board

Legal basis: Art. 17 section 1 of MAR - inside information

The management board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby discloses thecore tenets of the updated CD PROJEKT Group strategy adopted on 30 March2021 (hereinafter referred to as "the Strategy"), which specify thefollowing key assumptions related to the three major areas of growth andtransformation within the Group:

- RED 2.0 - transformation of the gamedev studio which involves, amongothers, changes in the AAA game development process, migration towardsagile development facilitating parallel work on products representingtwo key franchises, changes in management procedures and general workenvironment with a view towards expanding the team and focusing ontalent, as well as changes in how the studio communicates with gamers;

- Building out FRANCHISES - going further beyond AAA RPGs and exploitingthe potential of both The Witcher and Cyberpunk franchises through newproducts, co-ops and media content, thereby maximizing the reach,recognition and strength of the Group's brands;

- Expanding ONLINE - a change in the long-term approach to onlineexperience in the CD PROJEKT Group productions, turning it into animportant part of the product portfolio, while using GOG GALAXY toexpand and enable communication among gaming communities around theworld.

Key tenets of the newly adopted CD PROJEKT Group Strategy are attachedto this report. The attached document also contains a link to a videorecording where Company representatives further comment on the matter.
