Subject: Change in publication date of the Company's periodicreports

Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Offerings Act - current andperiodic information

In relation to Current Report no. 6/2021 of 25 January 2021 theManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that it hasdecided to change the date of publication of the Company's periodicreports for the first half of 2021 and for the third quarter of 2021.

The consolidated semiannual report, originally scheduled for publicationon 26 August 2021, will instead be published on 1 September 2021.

The reported change in the publication date of the semiannual report isa consequence of delayed submission of the sales report for thecorresponding period by one of the Company's key distribution partners.

As concerns the consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of2021, originally scheduled for publication on 25 November 2021, it willinstead be published on 30 November 2021.
