Subject: Rectification of Current Report no. 37/2021
Legal basis: Art. 56 sections 1 and 2 of the Act on Public Offering -current and periodic information
With regard to publication of Current Report no. 37/2021 of 19 August2021 titled "Change in publication date of the Company's periodicreports", the Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registeredoffice in Warsaw, at Jagiellońska 74, wishes to rectify the contents ofthe said report by altering the announced publication date of theCompany's consolidated quarterly financial statement for the thirdquarter of 2021 from 30 November 2021 to 29 November 2021. The remainderof the report is left unchanged.
