Subject: Publication dates of periodic reports in 2019

Legal basis: Article 56.1.2 of the Offering Act - current and periodicinformation

Pursuant to § 80 section 1 of the Finance Minister's regulation of 29March 2018 regarding publication of current and periodic reports byissuers of securities and conditions under which reports legallyrequired by non-member states are considered equivalent to same(hereafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the Management Board of CDPROJEKT S.A. (hereafter referred to as "the Company"), headquartered inWarsaw, Jagiellońska 74 hereby announces the dates of publication ofperiodic reports in 2019:

1.Periodic reports for 2018:

- Separate and consolidated yearly reports for 2018 - 21 March 2019

2. Periodic reports for 2019:

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2019 - 23 May 2019

- Consolidated semiannual report for 1H 2019 - 29 August 2019

- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2019 - 21 November 2019

In accordance with § 79 section 2 of the Regulation the Company will notpublish a quarterly report for Q4 2018 and Q2 2019.

The Company further announces that in accordance with § 62 sections 1and 3 the aforementioned consolidated quarterly and semiannual reportswill include abridged versions of quarterly and semiannual separatefinancial reports. Accordingly, the Company will not publish separatequarterly reports or a separate semiannual report.
