The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A., headquartered in Warsaw(03-301), Jagiellońska 74 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company")hereby announces that on 10 August 2021 it received information to theeffect that that the District Court for the City of Warsaw, 14thCommercial Department of the National Court Registry had, on 9 August2021, registered an amendment to the Company's Articles of Associationcomprising changes in the list of business activities undertaken by theCompany, pursuant to Resolution no. 24 of the Ordinary General Meetingof the Company held on 25 May 2021, as previously disclosed in CurrentReport no. 28/2021 of 25 May 2021.
The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association,acknowledging changes in the Company's list of business activities asmandated by the aforementioned resolution, is provided as an attachmentto this report.
