The Management Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office inWarsaw (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby announces that,based on reports filed by digital distribution platforms and datacollected from distributors of physical editions, it estimates that, asof the global release of Cyberpunk 2077, i.e. taking into accountpreorders placed by the end of 9 December 2020, gamers have preorderedover 8 million copies of the game.
The Management Board has decided to disclose the above information inthe form of a current report due to its potential impact oninvestment-related decisions.
