TheManagement Board of CD PROJEKT S.A. with a registered office in Warsaw(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby discloses the contentsof a notification received from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. concerningcontrol of a major share of votes and possession of a major stockpackage.
