Catena issues commercial papers within its newly established commercial paper programme

Catena has today issued commercial papers for SEK 750 million, with maturities of four, six and nine months within its newly established commercial paper programme. The average interest on the issue amounts to 0,39 percent. The framework amount for the programme is SEK 2,000 million.

"We see clear demand for our commercial paper programme and are today able to issue SEK 750 million as an initial stage. During the year, we aim to have an outstanding volume of at least SEK 1,000 million," says Catena's Deputy CEO and CFO Peter Andersson, in a comment.

To manage the refinancing risk, backup facilities have been secured for the programme. The programme is arranged by Swedbank AB, which also serves as the issuing institute together with Danske Bank.
