Catena AB (publ) Nomination Committee

Considering the major ownership changes that have occurred in Catena, Ulf Strömsten, Catella, has resigned from the Nomination Committee. Peab AB has appointed Jan Johansson.

Thereafter, the composition of the Nomination Committee is:

Bo Jansson	Skandia Liv

Bo Jansson has been named Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
