Caspin Resources Limited (ASX: CPN) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Caspin Resources Limited (‘CPN’) will be halted at the request of CPN, pending the release of an announcement by CPN.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 13 March 2026; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

CPN’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The Directors of Caspin Resources Limited (ASX: CPN) ( Caspin, the Company ) request that the Company’s securities be immediately placed in a voluntary trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.

The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Friday 13 March 2026 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
