COMPLETION OF ACQUISITION
Agrimin Limited (ASX:AMN) ("Company") refers to the announcement to the ASX on 22 April 2026 regarding entering into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") to acquire Opis Resources Pty Ltd ("Opis"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Caspian Resources Limited (ASX: CPN), which in turn owns a 100% interest in the Mount Squires Project in Western Australia.
The Company is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent in the Agreement have been satisfied and the acquisition of Opis has been successfully completed.
