Caspin Resources Limited (ASX: CPN) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Caspin Resources Limited (‘CPN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CPN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 23 September 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The Directors of Caspin Resources Limited (ASX: CPN) ( Caspin, the Company ) request that the Company’s securities be immediately placed in a voluntary trading halt in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, pending the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Monday 23 September 2024 or upon the release by the Company of an announcement to the market regarding the above.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
