On June 10, 2014, Casey’s General Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) conducted a conference call with investors concerning its financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter and year ended April 30, 2014. A copy of the transcript prepared by the host of the conference call is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
