Subject: – Notice to Shareholders - Dividend Payment

In accordance with Article 476, paragraph 4, item 4 of the Capital Market Act (OG 65/18, 17/20, 83/21, 151/22, 85/24), and following the Decision of the General Assembly of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. on the distribution of part of the net profit for the year 2024 in the form of dividend payment, Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. hereby informs its shareholders that the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc., Zagreb (hereinafter: CDCC), on 18 September 2025, executed the payment of a taxable dividend to the shareholders of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. in the amount of EUR 0.50 per share.

In accordance with Article 94, paragraph 2 of the Income Tax Act (OG 115/16, 106/18, 121/19, 32/20, 138/20, 151/22, 114/23, 152/24), the taxable dividend is subject to a personal income tax advance payment at a rate of 12%.

The right to receive dividend payment was granted to shareholders whose securities accounts held with the CDCC contained shares under ticker symbols CKML-R-A and CKML-R-B as of 27 August 2025.

Shareholders who, as of today, have not received the dividend payment to which they are entitled will receive a notification from the CDCC regarding the reasons for non-payment.

Instructions for shareholders on entering the data required for dividend payment, as well as checking and updating registered data, are available through the free online service e-Investor on the CDCC website (https://www.skdd.hr/portal/f?p=100:1).
