Subject: - Notice to Shareholders - Dividend Payment

In accordance with Article 476, Paragraph 4, Point 4 of the Capital Market Act (Official Gazette 65/18, 17/20, 83/21, 151/22, 85/24), and following the Decision of the General Assembly of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. regarding the payment of dividends from the net profit for the year 2023 and the payment of dividends from a portion of retained earnings for the year 2022, dated August 28, 2024, Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. hereby notifies its shareholders that the Central Depository & Clearing Company Inc., Zagreb (hereinafter: SKDD), on September 26, 2024, executed the payment of taxable dividends to the shareholders of Čakovečki mlinovi Inc. in the amount of EUR 0.10 per share.

In accordance with Article 94, Paragraph 2 of the Income Tax Act, taxable dividends are subject to an income tax advance at a rate of 12%.

Shareholders entitled to the dividend payment are those who had shares registered in their accounts at SKDD under the symbol CKML-R-A as of September 4, 2024.

Shareholders who have not received their dividend payment as of today, but are entitled to it, will receive a notification from SKDD regarding the reasons for the inability to process the payment.
