Subject: - Notification on Dismissal of Proceeding Initiated by the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA)
Issuer: Čakovečki mlinovi, Inc., Čakovec, Mlinska ulica 1, PIN: 20262622069 (hereinafter: Issuer), in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, for the purpose of timely informing the investment public, and following the publicly disclosed notice dated on December 1, 2023, hereby informs that on October 30, 2024, the Croatian Competition Agency (CCA), in the proceedings initiated against the Issuer and Tvornica stočne hrane Inc., headquartered in Čakovec, Dr. Ivana Novaka 11, issued a non- final Decision (CLASS: UP/I 034-03/23-01/012, REG. NO.: 580-09/133-24-020) dismissing the proceeding against the Issuer and Tvornica stočne hrane Inc. due to the absence of legal grounds for further action under Article 8 of the Competition Act. The Issuer received the CCA Decision on November 14, 2024.
The content of the CCA Decision will be made available to the interested public following its publication on the CCA's website.
