Re: C-LAB LTD

Following the company's announcement dated February 3, 2026, and the completion of a full tender offer for the company's shares and after receiving the documents required to complete the tender offer, we announce the following:

• 1. On February 9 ,2026 TASE Clearing House will credit its members with the proceeds from the tender offer, to enable their transfer to the accounts of the respective clients to whom CLAB's shares (ISIN No. IL0011403008) are registered.
• Upon crediting the Clearing House members with the aforementioned proceeds, the Clearing House will deduct the number of shares for which payment was credited from the balances held by the relevant members.
• 1. Following this deduction from the members' accounts at TASE Clearing House, CLAB 's shares (ISIN No. IL0011403008) will be delisted from TASE on February 10,2026.
• 1. Trading in the company's shares was halted on February 4, 2026.
