Following the company's announcement of completion of a full tender offer, shares of C-LAB LTD (ISIN: IL0011403008) will be deleted from all Indices the share is included in, at the end of the trading session, February 5 th , 2026.
C-LAB LTD deletion cash price will be: 1,200 Agorot (ILS cents).
