Accettazione offerta per acquisto SACCI SpA
Con riferimento a quanto comunicato il 18 marzo 2015, informiamo che nella tarda serata di ieri gli azionisti di controllo hanno accettato l'offerta vincolante di Buzzi Unicem per l'acquisizione del 99,5% del capitale di SACCI SpA (SACCI).
L'esecuzione del contratto è tuttavia ancora sospensivamente condizionata sia all'intesa con le banche ed i creditori aderenti all'accordo di ristrutturazione dei debiti ex art. 182 bis Legge Fallimentare, di cui SACCI è parte, sia all'approvazione dell'operazione da parte dell'Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato.

Acceptance of the offer to purchase SACCI SpA
With reference to the press release dated 18 March 2015, we inform that late yesterday evening the controlling shareholders have accepted the binding offer of Buzzi Unicem to acquire a 99.5% interest in the share capital of SACCI SpA (SACCI).
The execution of the contract, however, is still subject both to the endorsement of the banks and creditors that take part in the debt restructuring agreement pursuant to article 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law, in which SACCI is involved, and the approval of the transaction by the Italian Antitrust Authority.
