Nomina rappresentante comune degli Azionisti di Risparmio
L'Assemblea speciale degli Azionisti di Risparmio Buzzi Unicem SpA, riunitasi a Casale Monferrato in data odierna (con la sola partecipazione del Rappresentante designato in base alle disposizioni previste dall'art. 106 del Decreto Legge 17 marzo 2020 n. 18 in ragione dell'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID-19), ha nominato Dario Trevisan quale rappresentante comune della categoria per tre esercizi e dunque fino all'assemblea di approvazione del bilancio al 31 dicembre 2022.

Appointment of common representative for Savings Shareholders
Buzzi Unicem's Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders, which took place today in Casale Monferrato, (with the sole attendance of the Appointed Representative in compliance with art. 106 of Decree Law no. 18 dated 17 March 2020, following the COVID-19 epidemiological emergency) has appointed Dario Trevisan as common representative for three financial years. The appointment will then last until the Shareholders' Meeting that shall approve the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2022.
